Personal service is the cornerstone of my business.  As a long time business owner, I know that service is the most important product; your satisfaction is my goal. I will take the necessary time to understand your goals in buying or selling your home.

My experience ranges from working with first-time homebuyers to seniors settling into retirement.  I have attained designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative.  I have achieved the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Certification, I focus on helping seniors who are downsizing or searching for their perfect retirement home.  I am also a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and can accommodate you with determining property values.

Each individual is special and deserves the attention of a caring real estate agent to help with this major purchase or sale.

I research the housing trends in the Carroll, Baltimore, Frederick, and Harford areas. Having lived in Overlea, Baltimore, Reisterstown, Catonsville, Glyndon, Westminster, and Manchester, I have a good general knowledge of the local areas. Plus living in Manchester and working in Westminster gives me the opportunity to be licensed in Pennsylvania and work in Adams and York counties.
